Highland dancing is all about culture. The country it's from is scotland , but you can learn and do competitions all around the world. When you are at a competition you wear a kilt ( a scottish traditional tartan that you wrap around your waist). You wear a blouse with puffy sleaves and a waist coat (the waist coat is any colour to match your kilt).
